Midnight of My Life

Midnight of My Life

We have posted a few times recently about the short Steve Marriott film and as one of the funders I have just had the opportunity to watch it, and I loved it.

It is very short, at just over 7 and a half minutes including credits but don’t let that put you off. With Martin Freeman playing Steve Marriott in ’85 you cn’t help but feel a bit bitter on behalf of Marriott that he wasn’t still at the top.

It is a great tribute that I hope people get behind and, with so many great names behind it like Phil Davis and Andy Bell, all the hard work put in by Hatty Hodgson, Nina Gerstenberger and everyone else involved it really shows off the creative talent we still have in the UK as well as well as the talent we’ve lost.

Anyway, I’m rambling, I’m tired, apparently I’m grumpy tonight and I can’t really be bothered writing so I will leave you with this. If you are a fan of Steve Marriott, the Small Faces, Independent films or music in general give this a watch.

You can preorder the film here, it’s only £6 so just get it done.
